Clean before first use. Always use clean hands and surfaces. Clean before first use and after each use. Fully disassemble all parts before washing. Hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the product. Wash with warm water with mild soap and rinse thoroughly. Silicone spout can be sterilized in boiling water for 5 minutes. Travel cap, collar, handles and spout are dishwasher safe, top rack only. Do not clean stainless steel base in dishwasher or sterilizer, hand wash only. Avoid use of abrasive cleansers. Allow to dry completely before reassembling. Do not store in direct sunlight or near a source of heat.

For payments to the courier at delivery (COD) there is an additional charge of 3€.

Returns  and refunds:

If you would like to exchange or return non-defective products, they must be returned in the same packaging, unwashed, unused, and in re-sellable condition. Items must have been purchased within the last 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.

Once processed, refunds will be returned to the same form of payment used to make the purchase with in 10 days.
