Which hearing protection is suitable for my child?
The Kiddies is size-adjustable and adapts to the shape of the head. Our Kiddies grow with your child and are suitable for children with a head circumference of up to 60 cm. Depending on the head circumference, this corresponds to children from 2 - 16 years.

How do I clean my Kiddies?

The Kiddies can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap, but do not immerse the earmuffs in water. The headband can be washed in the washing machine.

Are the Kiddies BPA-free?
Yes, all our products are BPA-free.

What can I do if the Kiddies are too tight for my child?
The Kiddies can be stretched over a soccer ball for several hours to reduce the tension pressure. If the Kiddies is still too tight, this can be repeated.

Can the Kiddies also be worn with glasses?
Yes, this is possible without any problems.

For which situations are the Kiddies suitable?
The Kiddies is suitable for all situations where your child is exposed to high noise levels. This includes, for example, weddings, New Year's Eve, concerts, street festivals, airports, gardening, air shows and stadiums. The Kiddies are also perfect as a concentration aid, e.g. for homework.

Delivery charge for Cyprus: for purchases under 150€ the delivery charge is 16,00 € for up to 2kg and 2,50€ for every additional kg. Delivery time of up to 14 working days.

Delivery charge for Bulgaria: for purchases under 150€ the delivery charge is 10,00 € for up to 2 kg and 1,80€ for every additional kg. Delivery time of up to 4 worκing days.

For payments to the courier at delivery (COD) there is an additional charge of 3€.

Returns  and refunds:

If you would like to exchange or return non-defective products, they must be returned in the same packaging, unwashed, unused, and in re-sellable condition. Items must have been purchased within the last 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.

Once processed, refunds will be returned to the same form of payment used to make the purchase with in 10 days.
